Scope and responsible service
This policy applies to the Globex Ghost website and its visitors worldwide. Globex Ghost is the responsible service identity for this closed beta.
Discord, X, Whop (the checkout provider for paid membership), and any other external service have their own privacy practices. Their policies apply after you follow an external link.
Information processed
The website does not ask you to create an account, submit a trade, join a mailing list, or provide payment details during the current beta.
Like most websites, hosting and security infrastructure may process request data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information, and diagnostic or security events.
If you choose a language, the site stores that selection in a first-party cookie. Theme and cookie-notice choices are stored locally in your browser. These preferences are not used to build an advertising profile.
Vercel Web Analytics processes limited, cookieless usage data in aggregate. This may include the page URL, referrer, time, approximate city and country, browser, operating system, and device type. It does not use third-party cookies and is not intended to identify an individual visitor.
Why information is used
Limited technical and preference data is used to deliver the website, keep it secure, remember choices you request, diagnose faults, and understand aggregate site use.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing is based on providing the site you request and legitimate interests in secure delivery, reliability, and privacy-preserving aggregate measurement. Consent will be requested before any future non-essential storage is used where the law requires it.
International processing
Infrastructure providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where applicable law requires it, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards must be used for those transfers.
Retention
The language cookie lasts for up to one year unless you delete it. Theme and notice preferences remain in local browser storage until you change or clear them.
Vercel states that its Web Analytics visitor session is discarded after 24 hours. Hosting and security records are kept only for the periods configured by the relevant provider or reasonably needed for security, troubleshooting, and legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can clear or block browser storage, change the site language or theme, and leave the site at any time. Blocking preference storage may reset those choices.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing, and to complain to a local data-protection authority. You may also have rights concerning sale or sharing; the site does neither.
Submit a privacy request through an official Globex Ghost channel linked on this website. Do not send identity documents or other sensitive information unless they are specifically and securely requested.
Children
The website and its futures-trading education are intended for adults. The site does not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through an official channel, request its deletion there.
Changes to this policy
This policy may change as the beta develops. A revised effective date will be shown here. Before accounts, payments, or additional personal-data collection are enabled, this policy and the available contact information will be updated as required.
