Specter membership gives access to member areas of The Haunt, the Globex Ghost Discord server. It is sold through Whop, a third-party checkout provider, as a one-time payment. The website itself does not process payments or store payment details, and Whop's own terms and privacy policy also apply to the purchase.

All payments are final and non-refundable. There is no subscription or renewal, so there is nothing to cancel. You may leave the server at any time; leaving ends your access and does not entitle you to a refund.

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.

You may view the public website for personal, lawful, non-commercial use. You may not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate Globex Ghost, misrepresent content, or use the site in a way that violates law or another person's rights.

You may not scrape, reproduce, sell, republish, or distribute substantial portions of the site or any member-only journal or education material without permission.

The site design, writing, brand marks, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to access the site under these terms, no rights are transferred to you. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Any trade record or performance information that may later appear is historical documentation, not a promise or representation of future results. Public excerpts may be incomplete by design because the complete journal is intended for members. No content should be treated as typical, guaranteed, or independently verified unless expressly stated.

Links to Discord, X, or other services are provided for convenience. Globex Ghost does not control their availability, security, content, or terms. Your use of those services is governed by the relevant provider.
